What Is PLC Programming?

PLC is essentially a specialized computer that connects to the physical planet. It does so through sensors, switches, buttons and other inputs. Briefly, based upon the state and values of the inputs and the program inside it, outputs are turned on and off. Or inside a range between on and off, to handle items for hot, cold, slow or fast, etc...you get the notion?

The Programmable Logic Controller was essentially an improvement more than old relays, cams and drums that would sequence machine operations. I bet you did not currently know this considerably when you began reading this post. Changing machine operation would entail extensive rewiring of the sequence circuits.
